Lost, Damaged, or Missing items are very uncommon. We will make this right!.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing items are very uncommon. We will make this right!&#xA0;<h3 id="damaged-or-missing-items">Damaged or Missing Items</h3><ul><li>If your crate arrives damaged or you are missing an item, please let us know via email at <a href="mailto:support@platecrate.com">support@platecrate.com</a>. This allows us to file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier. In the meantime, we send the missing items or replace damaged goods immediately.&#xA0;</li></ul><h3 id="check-with-your-household">Check with your household.</h3><ul><li>Check with the members of your household to see if someone took the crate without communicating it. Usually, this is the case.&#xA0;</li></ul>
