Lost, Damaged, or Missing items are very uncommon. We will make this right!
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your crate arrives damaged or you are missing an item, please let us know via email at [email protected]. This allows us to file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier. In the meantime, we send the missing items or replace damaged goods immediately.
Check with your household.
- Check with the members of your household to see if someone took the crate without communicating it. Usually, this is the case.
