Shipping out your first crate

• Your first crate ships in 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking within 24 hours. If you haven't received an email, there is a chance the email address used on the order was misspelled. 

How long does shipping take? 

• Economy Shipping - It takes 5-7 business days from the time it was shipped.
• Priority Mail - It takes 1-3 business days from the time it was shipped.

Renewing Orders

• Renewing orders take between 2 and 7 business days to arrive after shipment, depending on your location. 

Where can I track my order? 

• You can open a chat and click "track my order." From here, you can enter your order details, and a tracking number will be provided if your order has shipped.

• Click the order number you wish to track. 

• Click track
• You will see the tracking number.
