How Do I Pause My Subscription

1. Log in to your account (https://www.platecrate.com/account/login)

2. Click Order History

 3. You will see your Active Subscription. Click Edit

4. Click Pause Subscription Plan

5. You will then have an option to choose how many months you'd like to Pause.

**** If you are unsure when you'd like to resume, you can cancel the subscription and re-activate it whenever you are ready. 

Note: The option to Pause is not available for multi-month subscriptions. 

How to Reactivate My Subscription

1. At the bottom part, you will see Inactive Subscription 

2. You can click Reactivate on the subscription you wish to resume. 

How Do I Cancel My Account

2. Click Order History

3. You will see your Active Subscription. Click Edit

4. Click Cancel My Subscription on the right bottom of the page
