Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time. For more info on how to cancel your account, you can check here. If you cancel your subscription on or after your renewal date you will still receive the remaining Crates that are owed to you from that renewal. The account will not renew again once cancelled. 

All subscriptions are auto-renewal and is shown as the product name, at checkout, and in confirmation emails. 

If there is anything we can do to improve your experience please let us know! We hate to see you go but want to thank you for being part of our amazing community. We hope you got as much from your monthly Plate Crates as we did, from serving you as a Plate Crate Member.
